Where we ship
We ship worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to deliver there at this time.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched the next working day after you place them. Orders placed at the weekend go out on Monday.
Delivery times
Sweden: 3–5 working days. Rest of EU: 5–7 working days. Rest of world: delivery times vary by destination — your tracking link will give you the most accurate estimate once your order has shipped. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.
Cost
Shipping is free on all orders.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email when your parcel leaves us. If it has not arrived within a reasonable time after that email, contact us via the Contact page.
Customs and duties
Orders delivered outside the EU may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country’s customs authority and are your responsibility, not ours. We recommend checking your local rules before ordering.
