Before you write

Most questions are already answered on the FAQ page, and shipping timings are on the Shipping page. If your question is about a specific order, include the order number and it will be sorted out faster.

A note on medical questions

We can tell you how our products work and how to apply them. We cannot tell you whether you have sleep apnoea, whether you should stop using a CPAP machine, or what to do about persistent snoring. Those are questions for a doctor, and we will always say so rather than guess.
