Returns

[NEEDS REAL CONTENT] — Confirm your returns window, whether you accept opened packs, and who pays return postage. Those three answers change this page and the FAQ. Have a lawyer check the withdrawal-right wording against Swedish and EU rules before publishing.

Your right to change your mind

If you are buying as a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your legal minimum and sits alongside anything else we offer.

Our returns window

We accept returns within [X] days of delivery.

Condition

[STATE YOUR POLICY ON OPENED PACKS. For hygiene products, sealed-pack-only is common and legally defensible — but you must say so clearly before purchase, or you cannot rely on it.]

How to start a return

Email [RETURNS EMAIL] with your order number and what you would like to return. We will reply with instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.

Return postage

[STATE WHO PAYS. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we pay — that part is not optional.]

Refunds

Once your return reaches us we inspect it and refund to your original payment method within [X] working days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or stops working as it should, email us with your order number and a photo. We will sort it out.
