What it does
Each strip has two flexible bands running through it. Pressed across the bridge of your nose, they try to straighten out and pull your nasal passages open from the outside. That is the whole mechanism — no medication, no spray, nothing to absorb, and nothing to build a tolerance to.
Who it is for
People whose nose closes up at night: a deviated septum, seasonal congestion, or a nose that simply narrows when you lie down. If you wake with a dry mouth because you have been breathing through it, this is usually the first thing worth trying.
The details
- Extra-strength adhesive built to hold through a full night
- Sweat- and oil-resistant, so it stays put in a warm room or during training
- Hypoallergenic and latex-free
- Peels off without residue or a red mark
- Available in 30, 90 and 150-strip packs
Using it
Start with clean, dry skin — no moisturiser and no oil, which is by far the most common reason a strip lifts early. Centre it just above the flare of your nostrils and press for a few seconds. In the morning, peel slowly rather than pulling.
